How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at livoreno.support@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at livoreno.support@gmail.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
